ReneSola Reiterates Its Policy Regarding Market Activity

  

JIASHAN, China, July 10, 2013 – ReneSola Ltd (“ReneSola” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SOL), a leading brand and technology provider of solar photovoltaic (“PV”) products, announced today that in response to what was characterized as unusual market activity in the Company’s American Depositary Shares (ADS) on Friday, July 5, 2013, the New York Stock Exchange contacted the Company in accordance with the exchange’s standard practice.
